Quinton Hypertonic Nasal Spray

is a nasal spray with a higher salt concentration than the nasal mucous membrane cells, which removes water by osmosis, decongests the mucous membranes and liquefies thick mucus, thus clearing the nose in a natural way.

It is therefore a valuable support for allergic rhinitis to remove allergens, for rhinosinusitis and after nasal surgery. It also keeps the nose moisturised and relieves nasal dryness.

The French biologist René Quinton (1866-1925) is regarded as a pioneer of modern seawater therapy. His humoral medicine applications are based on the observation that the mineral-rich marine plasma is very similar to human blood plasma.

It is pure oceanic seawater obtained from the sites designated by René Quinton in the Bay of Arcachon in France. It is sterilised by microfiltration in a closed clean room in accordance with the pharmacopoeia and represents the quality and quantity of the components of the entire oceanic Aqua Marina and all the elements of the whole (Totum).

Application

In the morning, shortly after getting up, take a long stroke into each nostril, pull up well and tilt your head in all directions so that the filtered seawater can be well distributed in the head cavities. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and then blow gently (without pressure!) on one side. Tilt your head in the direction where one nostril is blocked.

If necessary, the application can be repeated several times a day up to 5 times.
