Application
- Step 1: QUINTON Hypertonic Nasal Spray - one long stroke in each nostril, leave to act for 60 seconds, then gently blow your nose (one side at a time)
- Step 2: after 10 minutes, apply 3-4 drops of ANU TAILA to each nostril and leave to work
