Shatavari Rasayana

Traditional Ayurvedic herbal mousses (Avaleha) are among the most popular Ayurvedic products.

They are considered Rasayana - Ayurvedic regeneration and strengthening agents.

The main active ingredient ashvagandha, brahmi or shatavari is prepared with raw cane sugar, ghee, usually also honey and a range of Ayurvedic herbs and spices to make a flavoursome, jam-like paste.

Consumption recommendation

Adults consume 2 x 1 teaspoon of 6 g per day pure or with a little milk.

The daily intake contains 2.28 g shatavari and 27.24 mg polyphenols.
