Nucleotides are the building blocks of DNA and RNA and are involved in almost all cellular activities. Consumption recommendation

Stir 1g (1 heaped measuring spoon) into 100-200ml lukewarm water or herbal tea twice a day and consume - at least 30 minutes before a meal.
