Tribulus extract

Tribulus

is a natural nutrient extracted from the plant Tribulus terrestris. The plant, which grows in Hawaii, Eastern Europe, India and Africa, has been used in these areas for many centuries. It contains saponins, flavonoids, proteins and minerals.

The special components in Tribulus are special secondary plant substances called saponins. Saponins (from the Latin sapo, meaning soap) are water-soluble natural glycosidic substances that are often found in other plants such as beans, asparagus or soya. An important component of tribulus is the saponin protodioscin.

Tribulus has been shown to be an extremely effective micronutrient for supporting energy and endurance during sporting activities in both men and women.

Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2-3 capsules daily unchewed with sufficient liquid.
