Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: 201.4 mg ashvagandha extract powder with 10 mg withanolides, 196.5 mg liquorice, 4.9 μg vitamin D3 = 98 % NRV, 3 mg zinc = 30 % NRV, 40 mg vitamin C (from plant extracts) = 50 % NRV.

Note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People who regularly take medication and people with illnesses requiring treatment should consult their doctor before taking this product. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
