Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: 360 mg mussel shell powder with 144 mg calcium* = 18 % NRV**, 100 mg ashvagandha extract with 3.1 mg withanolides, 120 mg turmeric extract with 12 mg curcumin.
