Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: Brahmi extract 220 mg with 44 mg bacosides, Mandukaparni extract 200 mg with 64 mg saponins, iron 7.1 mg = 50.7 % NRV
