Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: Ashvagandha extract 260 mg with 8 mg withanolides, Brahmi extract 180 mg with 54 mg bacosides, 5.5 mg iron = 39.3 % NRV.
