Triphala, also known as three fruits, is considered the most important food supplement and the most important Rasayana in Ayurveda. It consists of equal parts of the three fruits amla (Indian gooseberry), haritaki (myrobalan) and bibhitaki (green belerian myrobalan). Amla primarily calms pitta, haritaki mainly harmonises vata and bibhitaki mainly soothes kapha. The combination of the three fruits balances all doshas.

The manufacturer uses organic quality dried fruits (amalaki, haritaki and bibhitaki) for the Triphala herbal tablets, high-quality raw material from sustainable cultivation that is carefully harvested, cleaned and dried. Although this is a traditional product, modern production and drying processes are also used.

Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2×2 tablets a day with sufficient liquid.

Daily intake contains 1,850 mg fruit powder, 410 mg tannins and 46.3 mg vitamin C. The daily dose of vitamin C corresponds to 57.8 % of the NRV value.
