Shipping methods
The shipping costs for orders under €99 are as follows within Germany 6,90 € incl. VAT - from 99 € we deliver free of charge. Deliveries to EU countries are charged at € 15.90 incl. VAT - from € 199 we deliver free of charge.
You will receive an e-mail notification from our shipping service provider with a tracking number so that you always know where your parcel is, when it will be delivered or who has taken delivery of it. You can also use a link in the e-mail to change the delivery day, have it delivered to a neighbour or specify an alternative drop-off location.
Payment methods
You can choose between PayPal (including direct debit and credit cards) and prepayment.
PayPal PLUS
This payment method, which is the most popular with our customers, combines three payment methods in one payment solution: PayPal, direct debit and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). With PayPal PLUS you can buy from us even if you don't have a PayPal account. Fast and secure - making shopping fun!
Prepayment
After receipt of your order you will receive the invoice by e-mail and transfer the amount to our account:
