Shilajit is a natural, resinous substance that is mainly found in mountainous regions such as the Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus and the Andes. It is formed over centuries through the decomposition of plant and organic material and is particularly rich in minerals, fulvic acid and other bioactive compounds.

Shilajit or mumijo is „sweated out“ as asphaltum, especially from slate rock. In Ayurveda, purified shilajit is highly valued and is an important ingredient in many Ayurvedic recipes.

Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

This corresponds to a daily intake of 600 mg shilajit extract powder with 300 mg fulvic acid.
