Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: Triphala powder 550 mg with 125 mg tannins, Amla extract 88 mg, zinc 3.2 mg = 32 % NRV, iron 4.3 mg = 30 % NRV.

Note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People who regularly take medication and people with illnesses requiring treatment should consult their doctor before taking this product.
