Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains 140 mg guduchi extract, 100 mg milk thistle extract and 120 mg choline = 30 % AI**.

** The AI (Adequate Intake) value of 400 mg/day for adults set by the EFSA is used as a basis.

Note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
