Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains: 160 mg Guduchi extract with 4 mg bitter substances, 200 mg Manjistha powder with 4.6 mg flavonoids, 3.2 mg zinc = 32 % NRV, 5.5 mg iron = 39.3 % NRV.

Note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People who regularly take medication and people with illnesses requiring treatment should consult their doctor before taking this product.
