Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.

The daily dose contains 240 mg Gymnema sylvestre extract with 63 mg gymnemic acid, 140 mg Jerusalem artichoke root powder, 40 μg chromium = 100 % NRV, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) = 100 % NRV and 3.1 mg zinc = 31 % NRV.
