VATAdigest tablets consist of the well-known traditional formula Hingvashtaka, an eightfold formulation of Hingu (Asafoetida) with seven other ingredients to strengthen Agni and regulate the downward movement of Vata (Anulomana).

Pack sizes: 60g (approx. 100 tablets) and 180g (approx. 300 tablets)

Consumption recommendation

Adults take 2×2 tablets a day with sufficient liquid immediately before meals.

The daily dose contains: 160 mg asafoetida extract and 30 mg polyphenols.
