Adults take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.
The daily dose contains: 400 mg mussel shell powder with 160 mg calcium = 20 % NRV, 125 mg liquorice powder, 125 mg amla extract with 9 mg gallic acid.
*Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
